Enertek Group are seeking a UX Program Manager to join our Design Ops team. This new team

focuses on optimizing the efforts and impact of our UX team, covering our core process,

operations, and the development of our shared tools, directly contributing to the creation of the

world's leading UX ecosystem from a product perspective.

As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management skills with a passion

for user experience, driving UX team objectives by coordinating the work of the UX department

and overseeing special initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for helping your team

members do their best work by building in better communication and tighter operations,

resource coordination, reporting, and process optimization, ensuring the team can focus on

design, UX, research and ideation activities in order to build optimal customer experiences.

This will be a highly collaborative role requiring partnerships with UX Architecture, UX Design, UX

Research, Optimization, Customer Intelligence, Technology, Project Management, Product as

well as SMEs and Partners.

The UX Program Manager, B2B will report to the Director, Design Operations and Process.

Responsibilities:

● Manage initiatives and special projects in UX, performing project management duties,

including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of

approval processes

● Establish project management processes and methodologies for the UX team and

contribute to defining best in class process and documentation.

● Provide UX Leadership with visibility and updates of current projects, resource utilization,

team performance, and project metrics

● Coordinate monthly reviews of projects and resource allocation by for shared areas

including Customer Intelligence, UX Research, Design Ops, UX Architecture and UX

Design, as well as regular review meetings with our partners roadmaps

● Establish and manage a pipeline for reviewing work with PCX and Executive Leadership,

providing stakeholders with regular reviews of current projects

● Ensure that UX teams receive the proper information and support to optimize their work,

identify and remove blockers, allowing the team to work productively toward project

goals

● Support the UX teams in succeeding and delivering on goals, while continuously seeking

out ways to improve our process, capabilities and culture

● Facilitate cross-team, and stakeholder interaction

● Create clarity on upcoming projects by coordinating with UX leads on resources and

deadlines, and ensuring that quality work is delivered on time.

● Ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

● Contribute to defining and optimizing our creative process

● Ensure that accessibility and inclusion are woven into our product development process

as an integral part of creating our customer experiences

Required Skill Set:

● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work

experience.

● 5+ years of experience as a program or project manager, UX producer, or similar role with

proven successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.

● Experience with UX design, user research, and/or user centered development tools and

processes

● Working knowledge and experience with agile team and work management

● Exceptional oral and written communication skills

● Highly detail-oriented and developed organizational skills, including the ability to

prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

● Proven ability to work both as part of a team in a highly collaborative, fast-paced

environment

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

● Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project

management curriculum

● Previous experience in the media industry

● Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and compliance
