What you’ll be doing as our Senior Product Designer
● Working collaboratively with the product team to deliver a first-class mobile app user experience
● Leading the product design process from problem definition, through to delivery
● Be the voice of our users - leading user research to deeply understand the needs, motivations
and value enhancers of our target audience
● Creating wireframes, user flows, storyboards and user journey flows to guide the design process,
gathering inputs from the cross-functional team (marketing, programme, tech, product) to find
optimal solutions
● Facilitate team working (design thinking) sessions to bring consensus & accelerate decisions in
multiple areas
● Develop prototypes for testing where appropriate and analyse user feedback to make
adjustments & iterations to designs
● Champion and protect our unique brand identity across all our touchpoints
● Support our marketing team with design of ads, website and other social media touchpoints to
ensure brand consistency across the business
What experience you’ll offer
● Several years of professional experience in UX design, product design or interaction design –
ideally in mobile apps
● Sharp attention to detail, with proven ability to think and act holistically to ensure ‘the whole
experience, is greater than the sum of its parts’
● You’re energised by hand-on work: sketching concepts defining flows building prototypes, or
polishing final designs
● You possess a broad technical skillset across software suites such as Figma & Adobe - but you can
decide what software works best for you
● Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional team, taking on
board and mediating inputs from multiple people – solid facilitation skills a must
● You're constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback, user research,
contextual interviews, and analogous research – and have experience with a variety of methods
in order to achieve this
● Passionate about user-centred design and the impact it can make on people’s lives
● You can show us a personal portfolio showcasing an appetite for designs that push boundaries,
breathe visual elegance & impact and are highly user centric.
