Hey, I'm Nathan,

I founded Enertek Group in March 2020 having been collaborating and adding value to Energy & Technology partners across EMEA & the US since 2012. Our mission - to simplify our partners hiring processes and add value by minimising their pain points when it comes to single or team hires.​

​Founding a recruitment business a month prior to a global pandemic should've hindered our growth and had a huge impact on the way we conducted business, and unfortunately like many business' could've resulted in failure! Fortunately we persevered, adapted, evolved, and grew into the business we are today, a young, energetic, forward thinking, fun company to work for! I love what we're creating as a team and I'm excited to see what the future holds for Enertek Group.​

I'm hugely passionate about helping others improve their personal and professional situations, whether that be our team here at Enertek Group or the global partners we work with every day. Anyone who has ever worked for me whether in my previous positions or here at Enertek Group can agree that above all, the team & employees wellbeing come first, that's the mantra we live by here.​

​My message to each new member of our team is always “immerse yourself in your market for 12 months, become a market expert and success is inevitable” this message filters through to everyone across our various sectors resulting in high achieving teams delivering fast and effective recruitment services to our global partners.
